Now, I’m going to make some assumptions about why you might be checking out this site.
…you’re here because you know you need to exercise but you’re confused about what to do. “Where do I even start?”
…you’re here because you have aches and pains, increasing body fat, decreasing muscle and dwindling energy, and it’s all starting to weigh heavy on your mind. “This can’t be as good as it gets, can it?”
…you’re here because you know what you should do but you can’t seem to get yourself to actually do it long enough to see results. “Why don’t I have any self-discipline?”
…you’re here because you are hating on yourself a little, beating yourself up mentally and feeling defeated by another day of no forward movement toward the life you want. “This sucks. Come on, pull yourself together!”
Whew! Heavy stuff. Maybe you have different reasons, more positive reasons, to be here. Let’s look at the flip side.
…you want to feel confident and in control as you do what you know will build the health and fitness you imagine for yourself. “This is working! I know what to do and I’m getting it done.”
…you want to feel strong, healthy and fit, vibrant, and feel awesome when you look in the mirror. “Yes. That’s me. I look great and I feel fantastic.”
…you want to feel you can change, that you are capable of achieving your goals. “I can do this. I am doing it!”
…you want to do yourself some good, to feel proud of your efforts and results. “This is awesome. Sometimes I amaze myself.”
Whatever your reasons, you’re here and you’ve read this far. Thank you.
