Henry Ford said, “Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason so few engage in it.” Leaving aside the general insult at the end he had it right. When we’re conditioned to respond one way, perhaps poorly, it takes effort to think through the factors that make for the excellent choice.
In this episode, we’ll explore what some of those factors might be. We’ll also consider why it’s necessary to go through with the effort and how it pays off.
